The lawn doctor has been the best lawn support service I have ever had. They took over the weed control of our lawn after another service had done a terrible. Our lawn is now virtually weed free the whole year through. Reasonable, reliable, polite, always willing to answer my questions and concerns. My yard looks fabulous. Our backyard has 3 dogs on it and most folks would never know it because of the great work Lawn Doctor does keeping it healthy. 29June2022 Update: 8 years on and Lawn Doctor (Mr. Charles) continues to provide outstanding service. He is always willing to walk the yard with me to review any issues or concerns I have. He has great recommendations on how to improve my yard's health. I always recommend Mr. Charles at Lawn Doctor when someone asks for a provider. Here in the south in the heat with all the crazy yard critters we get, it is so great to have a knowledgeable person like Mr. Charles. 14 May 2025 Update: Still using Mr. Charles. He never fails to be polite, informed, and reliable. I can send him a picture of an issue (weird grass, weed, or a bug) and he'll respond quickly with suggestions. Often able to come that day or the next to address whatever it is. He's very knowledgeable. Never fails to make me smile when he says hello upon arrival. ~ T S
My Lawn Doctor team have been informative and understanding of my needs. They've been cooperative when I have made changes in my yard and responsive whenever I've had a problem. One thing I have really appreciated is them not using high-pressure sales pitches to get me to buy services I do not want. I rejected service offers by two of their competitors because of that sales pressure. ~ William N
